Now, instead of risking having your water evaporate before cooking is complete, you can go about your day without a care. You can even use our lid to secure food pouches to the side of the container to keep them away from the hot end of the device.
Competitor lids are made from stiff plastic. But ours is made from soft LDPE. This not only creates a tighter seal around the Gourmia; it allows our lid to be installed and removed with the cooker in place—no need to reposition the Anova each time.
